Day Centre: Monday - Friday 10-11.30am and 12.30-4pm* (*3pm close on Thursday)
Evening Centre: 7 nights a week 7.30pm-10pm & Saturday 1pm-4pm
Office Enquiries: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
