Women's Services

The Women's service aims to prevent homelessness by providing a gender-specific crisis-intervention service (which again provides assistance with basic care, general support, advice, advocacy and referral) for women who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. No appointment is required to access the service which is operational from 10-11.30am and 12.30-2.30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The centre also runs a women's interest and support group on Wednesday afternoons. This provides women with opportunities to engage in positive activity and access peer support in a supportive women-only environment. The Women's group runs on Wednesday afternoons between 12.30 and 4pm.
